Senior People Business Partner

About the role

You will serve as a Senior People Business Partner for the Go-to-Market organization at Talon.One, a Berlin-based tech company. You'll partner directly with key business leaders in Marketing, Sales, Post-Sales and RevOps to align People & Culture initiatives with business goals and drive workforce strategies that attract talent and enhance performance.

What you'll do

• Partner with GTM leaders on strategy, design and execution of People-related solutions across the organization
• Coach GTM Leaders on all people-related matters covering the full employee lifecycle
• Advise leaders on talent-related needs to achieve company goals
• Participate in headcount planning and organizational design strategy for the GTM division
• Translate business needs into People & Culture programs, policies, and processes
• Design and facilitate training programs to support business needs and empower leadership
• Lead the performance cycle management and success
• Identify business challenges and implement HR best practices

What you'll need

• Significant experience as a People Business Partner working directly with executives in fast-paced environments
• Experience with organizational design, change management, performance management and leadership coaching
• Strong business acumen and comfort with revenue metrics, commission plans, and capacity assumptions
• Understanding of People analytics to assess team performance, engagement, and retention
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and make decisions with incomplete information
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adjust messaging based on audience and situation
