About the role
We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team of 8 AEs selling Enterprise plans to mid-market technical teams. You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end with average land deals of €35-45K ARR, working with engineering leaders and technical buyers who need automation infrastructure solutions.
What you'll do
- Own the entire sales process from qualification to close with average 2-3 month cycles
- Test and scale outbound tactics to build repeatable and sustainable pipeline
- Build long-term strategic relationships with engineering leaders and technical buyers
- Drive sales efficiency by improving internal processes, content, and tooling
- Collaborate with Product to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions
What you'll need
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Mid-market experience closing 4-figure deals
- Track record of holding +600K ARR quota
- Top 10% performer on previous sales teams
- Highly tech-savvy with experience selling to technical stakeholders (IT ops, devops, engineers)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in Europe
Nice to have
- Experience with open source, developer tools, or PLG companies
- Startup experience at Series A-C stage
- Coding ability or engineering background
