Associate Legal Counsel – Commercial Legal (Fixed-Term)

About the role

We're looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal advice on domestic and international projects, with a focus on client cooperation agreements. You'll work closely with project management and Sales teams while managing contract inventory and legal risk assessments.

What you'll do

• Review, draft, and negotiate cooperation agreements with clients
• Provide legal guidance to project management and Sales teams throughout project execution
• Perform legal risk assessments of vendor agreements
• Develop and maintain standard contracts and key legal documents
• Manage contract inventory to ensure legal compliance
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to improve internal processes

What you'll need

• German law degree (LL.B., LL.M., Erste/Zweite Juristische Prüfung or equivalent)
• Professional experience in international and fast-paced environment preferred
• Fluency in business English and German
• Strong intercultural awareness and enthusiasm for global work environment
• Team-oriented with passion for cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, AI tools and MS Office applications

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services industry and regulatory law
