About the role

This is a part-time student position (15-20 hours/week) focused on customer satisfaction and after-sales support at a leading renewable energy company. You'll conduct "happy calls" to existing customers with installed solar systems, gather feedback, and support local events while working with over 50 locations across Germany.

What you'll do

  • Conduct proactive phone calls to existing customers to measure satisfaction and collect structured feedback
  • Analyze customer insights to improve after-sales processes and marketing campaigns
  • Plan and support small local customer events and engage in personal customer interactions
  • Contribute ideas for developing customer outreach and campaign strategies
  • Collaborate across 50+ locations nationwide and gain insights into a fast-growing company

What you'll need

  • Currently enrolled at a German university for at least 2 more semesters
  • Available 15-20 hours per week, ideally based in Berlin
  • Native-level German language skills for customer communication
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with no hesitation about phone calls
  • Comfortable working with numbers and analysis
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to contribute to the energy transition
