About the role

This is a 3-4 month legal internship (Referendariat) within Scout24's Legal Commercial team, focusing on IT law, contract law, competition law, and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with experienced lawyers on diverse legal matters in a fast-paced tech environment while supporting product development and sales teams.

What you'll do

• Support the Legal Commercial team in IT law, contract law, competition law, antitrust law, and intellectual property
• Assist in implementing regulatory requirements
• Help draft, review, and negotiate contracts
• Take on independent project responsibility and daily legal work
• Communicate and collaborate independently with various departments
• Conduct legal research and present findings in a structured manner

What you'll need

• Successfully completed first state legal examination with at least satisfactory results
• Enthusiasm for legal internship in a digital work environment
• Strong negotiation skills, communication abilities, and team spirit
• High level of commitment, diligence, and sense of responsibility
• Strong interest in economic contexts and analytical skills
• Excellent research capabilities
• Proficient use of MS Office and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Fluent German and good English skills
