Process Specialist

About the role

You'll work as a Process Specialist in Hive's fulfillment operations, focusing on scaling operations by building new processes and challenging existing ones. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency improvements across the fulfillment business line.

What you'll do

• Provide feasibility assessments and business cases by analyzing internal processes and identifying solutions to improve efficiency, quality and cost
• Apply lean management philosophy to challenge existing processes and implement agile workflows
• Drive user-centric strategies to improve adoption and sustainability of new processes with operations teams
• Collaborate with tech team to conceive and implement software features for the inhouse Warehouse Management Software
• Work with multiple stakeholders from support, fulfillment, growth to senior leadership to meet KPIs and SLAs on projects improving outbound efficiency and reducing mistake rates

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in process excellence with a passion for structuring workflows and efficiency improvements
• Solution-oriented thinking with ability to engage team members across multiple workstreams
• Hands-on approach and willingness to implement ideas on the fulfillment floor
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent English (German not required)
