About the role

Join HelloFresh's Product Operations team as a Content Management Intern to help shape one of their most exciting growth phases. You'll support operational implementation and quality assurance while helping elevate editorial processes through precision, efficiency, and innovative solutions during their menu expansion and new tool rollouts.

What you'll do

• Ensure content and formal quality of recipes and support menu expansion rollout
• Actively shape and coordinate daily editorial processes from photo briefings to recipe publishing
• Support implementation of new tech features and migrate existing processes to new systems
• Collaborate closely with teams to quickly resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows
• Assist with identifying, evaluating and implementing AI-powered solutions for content creation and editorial automation

What you'll need

• Current or completed studies in Media/Communications, German Studies, Business Administration, Nutrition Science or similar
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain overview despite changing priorities
• Solution-oriented, proactive approach and flexibility with changes
• Excellent German and English skills (C1 level each)
• Interest in learning new internal tools and CMS systems
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and openness to AI tools
