About the role
This position is offered in both Munich and Berlin. You will be a reliable contact person for our existing customers as well as prospective clients for our services via telephone and email.
What you'll do
- Serve as a reliable contact person for both our existing customers and prospects of our services via telephone and email
- Network with other specialist departments for complex questions to quickly find a solution
- Take independent responsibility for customer satisfaction and retention on topics such as account management, payment transactions, refunds, and technical questions
- Continuously expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and personal interest
- Use customer feedback to identify improvement potential for our product and internal processes, working closely with Product and Operations teams
