About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Doctolib Germany, you'll lead strategic recruitment efforts for Sales & Operations teams while building the company's brand recognition in the competitive German market. You'll manage a team of 8 recruiters and partner with senior leadership to establish Doctolib as a top employer in German healthcare technology.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies focused on top-funnel optimization for Sales & Operations talent
- Craft compelling employer value propositions tailored to the German market in collaboration with central Employer Brand team
- Spearhead proactive talent sourcing initiatives using advanced outbound techniques and competitive intelligence
- Lead high-level stakeholder partnerships, serving as strategic advisor to Sales & Operations leadership teams
- Lead and coach a team of 8 recruiters, elevating their strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Implement cutting-edge AI-powered tools, data-driven processes, and innovative recruitment methodologies
- Personally manage recruitment for senior and critical Sales & Operations profiles from research through onboarding
What you'll need
- 10+ years of recruitment experience with proven team leadership expertise
- Excellence in stakeholder management at senior level with ability to influence C-suite and VP-level leaders
- Strategic outbound recruitment expertise with success in building talent pipelines in competitive markets
- Strong top-funnel strategy experience with demonstrated ability to innovate in candidate attraction
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in professional settings
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
- Full proficiency in German and English

- Experience building recruitment operations in emerging or competitive markets where brand recognition needed establishment
- AI-native with strong appetite for recruitment technology innovation and emerging trends
- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies in German market
