About the role

You'll be a Technical Onboarding specialist supporting healthcare practices and hospitals in implementing Doctolib's products including practice management software, AI-based phone assistants, and appointment management solutions. You'll serve as the technical contact point throughout the customer journey, ensuring smooth implementation from day one.

What you'll do

  • Serve as technical contact point for healthcare practices and medical centers regarding technical requirements
  • Conduct data migration processes from customer systems into Doctolib applications
  • Provide technical support for complex issues during and after onboarding
  • Integrate practice management software, appointment management solutions, and AI-based phone assistants
  • Collaborate closely with sales, project teams, customer support, and development teams

What you'll need

  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with users on-site, by phone, and in online meetings
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, VPNs and their setup
  • Programming experience in JavaScript and Python, plus SQL databases with demonstrable projects
  • Very good German skills (minimum C1) and very good English skills (minimum C1)
  • High level of curiosity and motivation for products, technical processes, and healthcare transformations

Nice to have

  • Experience with practice management systems (PVS/PMS) or EHR systems
  • Experience in release management or software testing (Windows and web applications), particularly in SaaS environments
  • Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Kibana, Datadog, or Elasticsearch
