Principal - Hyperscaling & Special Projects

What you'll do

• Take end-to-end responsibility for complex, business-critical clarification cases such as damage regulation, legal issues, contract or payment adjustments, assess risks holistically and make well-founded, entrepreneurial decisions with direct business impact
• Identify potential for process and structural improvements from these cases, derive sustainable, scalable measures and implement solutions that proactively address recurring issues and strengthen the company long-term
• Work closely with stakeholders from different departments and leadership levels, set strategic priorities, ensure alignment and actively drive the achievement of relevant company KPIs
• Work hands-on with various teams on the operational development of central processes and interfaces, optimize workflows and contribute to sustainable performance and scaling effects
• Control the operational performance of selected teams and business areas through meaningful reporting, forecasts and planning, derive data-based action recommendations and support the organization in getting better month by month
