About the role

Heartbeat AI is our energy optimization platform that provides our customers always with the cleanest and cheapest energy. As Working Student Go-to-Market, you join the GTM team during a pivotal phase: we are expanding Heartbeat AI beyond 1KOMMA5° customers to anyone with existing solar and battery assets. You work hands-on alongside the team, contributing to the operational engine that makes this rollout happen.

What you'll do

• Support launch-to-scale operations: You track bottlenecks in the customer journey (onboarding, smart meter activation, cancellation handling, compatibility) and help drive concrete fixes in close collaboration with Product and Operations
• Keep performance tracking reliable: You maintain dashboards and reporting cadences the team relies on; consolidating launch KPIs, activation metrics, and performance data into clear, decision-ready updates
• Contribute to cross-functional coordination: You support GTM initiatives by tracking workstreams, flagging dependencies, and keeping action items moving across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

What you'll need

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field and are looking for a working student role with real responsibility
• You are structured by default: you break complex workstreams into clear tasks and set up tracking systems that actually get used
• You are comfortable with data and reporting: you can maintain a dashboard, track KPIs consistently, and turn numbers into a concise update
• You follow through: you own action items end-to-end, flag blockers early, and make sure alignment doesn't stop at the meeting room door
• You communicate clearly in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2)
• The energy transition context interests you; you want to understand how a hardware-plus-subscription business works, not just support the process around it
