Working Student CTO Office

About the role

The CTO Office at Heartbeat AI GmbH sits at the intersection of product, engineering, organizational design, and strategic operations. As Working Student, you will report to the Chief of Staff and get direct exposure to how a fast-scaling tech company operates from the inside.

What you'll do

• Own recurring org formats: You take end-to-end responsibility for recurring formats — from preparation and coordination through to execution
• Support active initiatives: You assist the CTO Office on cross-functional projects with research, documentation, and follow-through on open items
• Plan and coordinate onsites and team events: You handle logistics, scheduling, and follow-through for CTO Office and leadership onsites in collaboration with HR and ops

What you'll need

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program; ideally in business, tech, or a related field
• You are organized and reliable; you take ownership of tasks and follow through without being reminded
• You communicate with clarity in English
• You are proactive; you spot what needs to be done and act on it
• You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple parallel topics
• You have a genuine interest in how tech organizations and product teams work

Nice to have

• Previous working student or internship experience in a startup or tech company
