Junior Payroll Specialist

About the role

This role involves operational implementation and analysis of payroll processing for Headquarters and Operations, including master data maintenance, plausibility checks, and implementation of corrective measures.

What you'll do

• Operational implementation and analysis of payroll processing for Headquarters and Operations, including master data maintenance, plausibility checks, and implementation of corrective measures
• Active processing of payroll and HR-related employee inquiries as well as communication with managers and authorities on payroll-relevant topics (e.g. social insurance, taxes, garnishments, company pension schemes)
• Creation, automation and evaluation of HR and payroll reporting
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in payroll processes and tools as well as participation in the development of reports and personnel statistics
