Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

You will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from screening incoming applications to making final offers, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.

What you'll do

• Take responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process – from screening incoming applications to making final offers
• Serve as the primary contact person guiding candidates through the entire process and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Organize and coordinate telephone and in-person interviews
• Conduct independent interviews with qualified candidates to optimally fill open positions
• Actively participate in strategic projects for continuous optimization and development of our recruiting processes
