About the role
You'll own Choco Ads end-to-end, managing advertising campaigns for major food service brands that showcase their products directly in the Choco app where restaurants make purchasing decisions. This is a mix of campaign execution, account management, and commercial ownership as the business continues to expand.
What you'll do
- Own Choco Ads end-to-end including campaigns, performance, and reporting
- Run campaigns by building segments, launching, monitoring, and optimizing across the ad network
- Manage advertisers by maintaining tight communication, clean assets, and performing campaigns
- Close and onboard new advertisers primarily through warm intros and partners
- Turn data into clear, useful insights rather than unused dashboards
- Ensure everything runs on time, without errors, and without drama
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements
What you'll need
- 3+ years experience running campaigns and working with advertisers in Ad Ops, Campaign Management, or similar roles
- Comfortable with data and ability to turn it into understandable insights
- Move fast, take ownership, and proactive approach without waiting for direction
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping tasks
- Keep solutions simple and solve problems without overcomplicating them
