Sr. Affiliate & Influencers Marketing Specialist - Germany

About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Affiliates & Influencers Marketing Specialist to manage and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategy specifically within the German market. This role focuses on building external partnerships, driving user acquisition, and optimizing performance marketing channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Support development and execution of Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy in Germany
• Manage day-to-day operations of German Affiliate and Influencer network including partner pipeline building and relationship management
• Identify, vet, onboard and assist partners across relevant platforms to drive brand awareness and acquisition
• Conduct data-driven research and analysis to optimize channel performance
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Head of Growth, Marketing Strategy, and Product Marketing teams
• Own reporting of channel performance and strategic plans in weekly and monthly growth meetings
• Define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution, and budgeting

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programmes
• Proven track record building and scaling partner relationships within the German market
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate diverse commercial deals (CPA, CPL, fee structures, commission tiers)
• Native or professional fluency in German and English
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data and extract insights
• Operational and independent problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
