About the role
We are looking for a VP Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, this leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a supply chain strategy that supports our brand's growth, enhances customer experience, drives profitability, and advances our sustainability commitments.
What you'll do
- Drive selection processes & supplier onboarding for all product groups within Aeyde
- Drive structured cost negotiations and margin improvement initiatives with suppliers while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Work in close alignment with Product and Merchandising to streamline production calendars, order lead times and MOQs for each season
- Oversee and steer our 3PL and logistics partners, ensuring performance and cost efficiency in line with the overall business plan
- Ensure on-time delivery across wholesale and our D2C channel
- Lead the B2B Outbound Team that is managing all Wholesale orders including post delivery clarification & claims handling
- Lead the D2C Customer Service and deliver an exceptional customer service for our Aeyde clients
- Own and optimize all supply chain systems and tools such as ERP, PM, BOM
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in supply chain, operations and logistics
- Academic degree and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management or related business degree
- Demonstrated ability to manage processes based on KPIs and hands-on
- Superior analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent project management skills
- Able to motivate, empower and lead a team within a fast-paced environment
- Leverageable, broad network within the operations/supply chain industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English

- Speaking Italian would be a plus
