About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to own the first step of the sales process - identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for Account Executives. You will be the first human touchpoint for prospects, playing an important role in building a predictable sales pipeline through meaningful outreaches in the healthcare sector.

What you'll do

  • Identify and research potential new customers in the healthcare sector
  • Conduct cold calls, send outbound emails, and use LinkedIn to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in CRM
  • Provide valuable market and customer feedback to improve approach
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales strategy

What you'll need

  • First experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
  • Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally
  • Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to make complex topics easy to understand
  • Technical affinity with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
  • Fluent in German (C2) and good command of English
  • Based in or close to Berlin, or willing to relocate
