Head of Product- SaaS/AI

About the role

Lead the product organization at a Y Combinator-backed AI startup transforming healthcare workflows. You'll own the product roadmap, scale a high-performing team from 6 to 10+ members, and drive the evolution of a multi-vertical B2B SaaS platform serving 75,000+ users across 1,000+ senior care homes.

What you'll do

• Lead and scale a customer-driven product organization from 6 to 10+ members within 12 months
• Own and drive execution of the product roadmap across multiple verticals
• Build tight feedback loops with customers and cross-functional teams for rapid iteration
• Define and implement scalable product processes, tools, and systems
• Ensure product quality drives operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Hire, mentor, and develop vertical product teams

What you'll need

• Proven experience leading a product team of 10+ people (disciplinary and functional)
• Track record of scaling complex multi-vertical B2B SaaS products from 0 to 1 and beyond
• Deep understanding of the interplay between product quality, operations, and growth
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using dashboards, KPIs, and tools like Grafana
• Strong communication skills to bridge product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Hands-on leadership approach with willingness to dive into details
• German language skills (B2+) and based in Berlin or commutable distance for 2-3 office days per week
