About the role
We're seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for critical technical roles at GetYourGuide. You'll combine deep recruiting expertise with technology passion and AI-powered workflows to shape the company's future through exceptional hiring.
What you'll do
- Own full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles from sourcing through offer negotiation and close
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to build comprehensive hiring processes
- Monitor recruitment dashboards and provide insights to hiring teams proactively
- Build and nurture world-class candidate networks through market research and relationship management
- Gather candidate feedback and turn insights into tangible process improvements
- Lead projects to make recruiting smarter and faster through automation and AI-driven tooling
- Mentor team members and train on new tools, technologies, and best practices
What you'll need
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech environment with track record closing senior technical talent
- Genuine understanding of technical roles and ability to communicate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to enhance recruiting workflows
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to C-suite
- Solutions-first mindset with focus on fixing friction and automating manual processes
- Deep customer-first approach for both hiring managers and candidates
- Resilience and flexibility to thrive in fast-moving, high-expectations environment
Nice to have
- Experience building or implementing AI-powered recruiting tools from scratch
- Track record designing and delivering training programs for recruiting teams
- Active involvement in recruiting or tech community through blogging, speaking, or organizing events
