Founders Associate Intern

About the role

As a Founder's Associate Intern at telli, you'll work directly with the founding team on finance, legal, operations, and special projects. You'll have hands-on experience in how an early-stage AI company operates while helping build the operational backbone for growth.

What you'll do

• Build operational backbone behind telli's growth and drive special projects forward
• Support finance operations by maintaining reports, chasing invoices, and managing payment flow
• Help close new customers by managing legal and compliance processes
• Support hiring pipeline from screening candidates to scheduling interviews
• Plan and execute internal and external events and keep the office running smoothly
• Work closely with the founding team on various initiatives

What you'll need

• Hands-on approach and willingness to do unglamorous work
• Tech and automation savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to figure things out independently
• Strong communication skills in both English and German
• Initial internship experience or work on side hustles/projects
• Completed or near completion of university with interest in full-time role after internship
• Comfort with juggling multiple tasks and working in dynamic environments
• Basic technical understanding and familiarity with automation/AI tools
