About the role
This is a sales and business development position at an AI-driven industrial trade platform connecting suppliers across Asia, Europe, and the GCC with local demand. You'll manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure while building your own client portfolio in the infrastructure, energy, and construction materials sector.
What you'll do
- Proactively qualify new leads through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Engage potential and existing clients in phone conversations, guiding them through the sales process
- Build and develop your own client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions
- Run competitive analyses and identify trading opportunities
- Contribute to buying and selling strategies with real-time market insights
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality with focus on implementation
- Ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors
- Excellent English skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency in at least one of: German, French, or Italian
- Passion for growth startups and transforming traditional industries
