Product Manager - Customer Payments

About the role

You'll be a Product Manager for Raisin's Customer Payments Team, responsible for ensuring seamless money movement across the platform. This role involves owning a critical platform service that enables customers to fund investments, transfer savings, and access their money reliably and securely.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional teams through complexity and drive data-informed decisions
• Own the product end-to-end from ideation to delivery and performance tracking
• Develop comprehensive understanding of product strengths, pain points, and improvement opportunities
• Define success criteria, articulate product value, and identify risks and dependencies
• Work with Product and Engineering Tribe Leads to create valuable and feasible roadmaps
• Foster strong team culture with active feedback and shared learning from failures

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years experience in technology products
• Experience working with payments in finance, banking, or payments-related areas
• Fast learner who can distill complexity into simple solutions
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify operational improvements
• Operational expertise in cross-functional team processes
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making skills
• Clear communicator with high attention to detail
• Results-driven and adaptable for complex project execution

Nice to have

• Experience with two-sided marketplace products
• Experience building distributed systems or microservices
• Understanding of scalable solutions and technical discussions
