About the role

Join Doctolib's Customer Success team as a working student supporting customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships with small to medium-sized medical practices. You'll help coordinate internal tasks, maintain direct customer contact, and contribute to process optimization projects while learning about SaaS customer success operations.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate internal tasks by distributing incoming requests and ensuring smooth information flow
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, support structural changes, and proactively inform about product updates
  • Support team and management with administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Contribute to internal process optimization projects and assist with documentation and learning content preparation

What you'll need

  • Currently enrolled full-time at a university
  • Interest in digitalization, particularly in healthcare, with strong communication skills for customer interaction
  • Enjoy administrative tasks, solution and detail-oriented work approach with technical affinity
  • Independent and proactive working style with team collaboration skills
  • Fluent German and good English language skills

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer support or sales
  • Experience in SaaS companies or healthcare industry
