Founders Associate Intern

About the role

At doinstruct, you'll work directly with leadership, gain insider know-how into scaling an AI-enabled SaaS company, and take on ownership across high-impact projects. This is not a typical internship – you'll drive execution, solve challenges, and accelerate your career in an AAA-team during an intended time of 3-6 months in this Berlin-based role.

What you'll do

• Work directly with leadership - Support our C-Level and key teams in executing strategic initiatives and scaling the company
• Get hands-on experience across business functions - Contribute to Go-To-Market, Product and Organizational Development to gain a holistic view of startup success
• Build scalable processes - Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and set up systems that enable efficiency and growth
• Take ownership of projects - Lead high-impact initiatives from start to finish, ensuring execution and measurable results
• Our leadership is in person in the office and so do we expect you to be. Together with you, we want to drive this company forward

• Structured & hands-on - You can break down complex problems easily, communicate across multiple stakeholders, create solutions, and execute with precision
• Entrepreneurial mindset - You're proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in an ever-changing environment
• You've been in the trenches – In the past, you've demonstrated you're in the top 5% of your peers through founding experience, internships (esp. in high-growth startups, consulting, venture capital/private equity or investment banking), leadership roles in student initiatives and/or above average curricular achievements
• Empathy for the backbone of our society - doinstruct serves those who are being overlooked everyday. We highly appreciate if you've had touch points with blue collar worker verticals or can demonstrate a deep passion for supporting them
• Fluent in German & English – Additional languages are a plus
