Praktikant Event & Marketing

About the role

This is a part-time event marketing support position for students, focusing on organizing local events, trade fairs, and information evenings to generate leads for renewable energy solutions. You'll work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition through hands-on event management.

What you'll do

• Support planning, execution, and follow-up of regional events, trade fairs, and information evenings for lead generation
• Implement local marketing activities (flyers, social media, partnerships) in coordination with regional event and marketing leads
• Collaborate closely with local and regional sales teams to support customer acquisition
• Provide on-site event support including coordinating service providers, material logistics, and participant management
• Support tracking and analysis of event KPIs and help derive optimization measures

What you'll need

• First practical experience in event or marketing field preferred
• Independent and structured working approach with hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within the region
• Fluent German language skills, English advantageous
