About the role
We're seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our Paid Search strategy and build AI-driven automation systems for user acquisition. You'll manage 5-6 digit monthly budgets across multiple markets and brands, focusing on scalability and cutting-edge marketing technology to drive growth.
What you'll do
- Design and execute forward-thinking Paid Search strategy with focus on AI-driven optimization and automation
- Own end-to-end management of primary Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, PMax, Bing Ads) using automated systems and agentic workflows
- Manage and scale 5-6 digit monthly budgets across multiple brands and markets
- Explore and test new growth opportunities including AI search platforms, bidding models, and beta features
- Drive high-velocity testing culture with experiment roadmaps for ad copy, keywords, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with MarTech and Analytics teams to improve measurement frameworks and build new capabilities
- Partner with creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creative assets
What you'll need
- 4+ years hands-on Paid Search experience managing 6-digit monthly budgets
- Track record of moving beyond manual campaign management with systems thinking and automation experience
- Deeply analytical mindset with ability to handle large datasets and extract strategic insights
- Experience with advanced marketing measurement methodologies (MMM, incrementality, MTA)
- Curiosity about AI revolution and experience building AI agents and workflows for marketing challenges
- Self-starter who thrives on autonomy with bias for action and results delivery
- High-velocity test and learn mentality with rapid iteration capabilities
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience with scripting (Google Ads Scripts, Python) or marketing APIs
- Experience with automation platforms
