About the role
The CRM Marketing Manager, US Clinicians will play a key role in driving engagement, retention, and growth in one of our most important markets. This role supports lifecycle marketing strategies tailored to US physicians, requiring a deep understanding of the channels and touchpoints that matter most to clinicians.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, In-App) within Braze.
- Act as the single point of contact to internal stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into actionable CRM workflows that drive conversion and retention.
- Own the reporting suite for CRM performance — moving beyond open rates to analyze LTV, ROI, and incremental lift, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Spearhead the expansion of our communication ecosystem by integrating and scaling new channels (e.g., Push, SMS).
- Innovate in the AI and Automation space to create applications and solutions for the team and the market.
What you'll need
- Experience in the multichannel CRM environment (mobile/email/web).
- A growth mindset to create campaigns that can move the needle and increase our market share.
- Affinity and interest to try new technologies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Braze, Hubspot) and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
- Experience with HTML, CSS and javascript-type languages like AMPscript.
