About the role
This is a Team Lead Sales Operations position focused on building and leading a high-performing team that manages the sales tech stack, AI-powered solutions, and sales enablement. You'll combine people leadership with hands-on ownership, working closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Data, and Product teams to drive scalable business impact.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations, Enablement, and Tooling experts
- Set team priorities aligned with business strategy and sales feedback
- Collaborate with stakeholders to sequence initiatives and ensure alignment with company strategy
- Oversee rollouts and change management for new tools, ensuring adoption and compliance
- Enhance onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for consistency and effectiveness
- Develop strategies for embedding new processes and culture across the sales team
- Ensure sales tech stack is fully leveraged and effective
- Partner with Product and Data teams to implement AI-powered solutions
- Measure and optimize tool usage, training engagement, and adoption metrics
- Challenge existing approaches and drive alignment on impactful solutions
What you'll need
- 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations in high-growth B2B or marketplace environments
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience
- Proven track record owning sales tech stack (Salesforce/HubSpot, engagement tools, BI)
- Experience designing and rolling out sales processes and training programs
- Exposure to AI/data products in Sales (scoring, recommendations, conversational intelligence, GenAI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in data and business cases
- Ability to write clear requirements and collaborate with technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution with high ownership
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplace, travel, or two-sided business
- Experience building internal tools with Product/Engineering teams
- Familiarity with enablement platforms or LMS
- Practical experience deploying GenAI in sales workflows
