About the role

As Senior People Analytics Partner, you'll own the People Data and Systems ecosystem, ensuring HR tools, processes, and insights are accurate, scalable, and connected. You'll turn people data into clear, actionable insights that guide decisions on how the company grows, engages, and supports teams.

What you'll do

  • Own the company's People Data and Systems ecosystem, ensuring accuracy and reliability of all HR data sources
  • Define and drive People Systems strategy, selecting and implementing technology solutions that scale with business growth
  • Manage integrations, configurations, data architecture, and reporting frameworks as subject matter expert
  • Develop and maintain unified People data model and reporting suite as single source of truth
  • Establish data governance, privacy, and compliance standards including GDPR requirements
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics to inform workforce planning and talent management decisions
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to align data structures and automate reporting
  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, and migrations for scalability and continuous improvement
  • Champion data literacy across People function and train stakeholders on dashboard usage
  • Foster evidence-based decision-making culture through data storytelling and collaboration

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in People Analytics, HR, or People Data roles with proven data infrastructure ownership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn complex datasets into strategic recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with HR technologies and understanding of integrations and system configuration
  • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and capability with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Builder's mindset with focus on data quality, scalability, and process efficiency
  • Commitment to data integrity, privacy, and compliance with GDPR understanding
  • Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments, ideally across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across departments
  • Working knowledge of compensation, performance, engagement, and talent domains
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
