Product Manager - Expansion

About the role

You'll work as a Pensions Product Manager at Upvest, focusing on revolutionizing pension products in Germany and expanding investment solutions across Europe. This role involves owning product success for critical pension and wealth management initiatives, including the launch of Germany's Altersvorsorgedepot in 2027.

What you'll do

• Lead the transformation of Germany's pension landscape with the Altersvorsorgedepot launch
• Expand localized investment solutions across European markets including UK SIPP and France PEA
• Own product success and work directly with senior leadership on business-critical initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering teams using joint OKRs and clear roadmaps
• Focus on B2B client needs and deliver impactful product solutions quickly
• Absorb complex financial regulations, tax frameworks, and asset class knowledge

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably with financial products
• Business level English and German (C2) for client communication
• Understanding of B2B client needs with bias for impact and speed
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics like tax regulations and financial frameworks
• Experience with product management tools like Linear, Slite, Miro, Figma
• Background in wealth management, pensions, B2B SaaS or FinTech preferred
