About the role
As Workplace Experience & People Engagement Manager at Taxfix, you'll shape the employee experience from onboarding to daily office operations and company events. This office-based role focuses on creating smooth, welcoming workplace moments that help teams connect and do their best work across the company's international offices.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve employee experience initiatives across workplace, engagement, wellness, and community
- Lead day-to-day workplace operations including vendor management, facilities coordination, and office services
- Build scalable processes with templates, checklists, and playbooks to reduce friction and increase consistency
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workplace touchpoints including office introductions and equipment coordination
- Plan and deliver company events and engagement moments from all-hands to team events
- Partner with People, IT, Finance, and regional stakeholders on standards, policies, and budgets
- Act as a culture ambassador creating conditions for teams to thrive together
What you'll need
- 4+ years experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, events, or people engagement roles
- Strong service mindset with attention to detail while maintaining focus on great experiences
- Highly organized and calm under pressure with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Systems thinking approach creating processes and playbooks rather than one-off solutions
- Comfortable using workplace technology and AI tools to streamline work and improve efficiency
- Clear communication skills in both English and German
