Talent Acquisition  Manager

About the role

As Talent Acquisition Manager at trawa, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the complete recruiting strategy for a growing green energy startup. You'll build recruiting systems from the ground up and own the entire hiring lifecycle while helping scale the team that drives the energy transition.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategy from needs planning to contract signing
• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from kick-off and sourcing through interviews
• Build systematic recruiting processes including SLAs, scorecards, feedback forms, and interview guides
• Conduct proactive sourcing and build sustainable talent pipelines across Tech, Commercial, Sales and Operations
• Manage stakeholders and founders, moderate decisions, and resolve hiring bottlenecks
• Track recruiting KPIs and funnel performance to drive data-driven decisions
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What you'll need

• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
• Experience independently managing recruiting processes and building talent pipelines
• Expertise in active sourcing, interview management, and candidate experience
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and systems (ATS, sourcing tools, employer branding platforms)
• Hands-on mentality with passion for innovative recruiting approaches
• Clear, empathetic communication skills with candidates and hiring teams
• Fluent German and English
