About the role
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote Yepoda within the retail and B2B environment, with a strong focus on Sephora. Your role is to ensure strong brand visibility, commercial performance, and consistent execution across all retailer touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Own and drive trade marketing strategy with a strong focus on Sephora across Europe
- Develop and execute launch plans, retail activations, and promotional strategies that ensure standout presence in store and online
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to develop and implement retailer specific campaigns and activation plans
- Partner with our in house Creative team on in store displays, VM guidelines, POS materials, and retail storytelling
- Support sell in and sell through by equipping sales teams with tools, materials, and commercial arguments
- Assist in product training and education for retail staff to elevate brand knowledge and advocacy
- Track, report, and optimise trade marketing performance, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with commercial KPIs
What you'll need
- Proven experience working with Sephora in Europe in a trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation capacity
- Strong understanding of Sephora's retail model, activation mechanics, VM requirements, promotional calendar, and commercial KPIs
- Background in trade marketing, brand management, or retail marketing within beauty or lifestyle brands
- Experience managing retailer relationships and close collaboration with Key Account Managers and sales teams
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple retail timelines simultaneously
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
