Product Owner - ERP

About the role

We are looking for a Product / Application Owner of ERP to take end-to-end ownership of our ERP system (Oracle Netsuite) and the underlying Finance & Operations processes after successful completion of the ongoing implementation. This is a senior, business-oriented role. You are accountable for how the ERP supports the business today and how the setup evolves as we scale — including ensuring that the ERP integrates reliably and efficiently with the wider system landscape.

What you'll do

• Own the ERP system (Oracle Netsuite) end-to-end from a business and process perspective
• Define and drive the ERP roadmap in alignment with business priorities and impact
• Ensure the ERP integrates cleanly and reliably with surrounding systems (e.g. Shopify, PIM, …) leveraging Celigo as the iPaaS layer
• Continuously improve core Finance & Operations processes (e.g. Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory & Supply Chain)
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and assess impact for prioritization and roadmap building
• Act as the main interface between business or functional stakeholders and the external implementation partner
• Own the implementation of ERP changes and improvements end-to-end, either hands-on yourself or together with an external agency and/or an in-house team
• Build-up the internal ERP and business systems capability over time, transitioning ownership from the external partner to in-house

What you'll need

• Strong experience owning ERP-supported Finance and Operations processes
• Proven track record working with mid-sized ERP systems in a Product Owner, Business Lead, or Consulting role
• Ability to translate business needs into clear priorities and scalable solutions
• Experience working with and steering external implementation partners
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and seniority levels
• Leadership mindset with the ambition to build internal teams and ownership over time
