About the role
We are seeking a Junior Sales Development Manager to drive customer acquisition in a defined regional territory focused on Western Germany (Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia & Rhineland-Palatinate). You'll be responsible for generating leads and qualifying opportunities in the housing and real estate sector for serial energy-efficient building renovations.
What you'll do
- Proactively approach potential customers via email, phone, social media, and networking to generate appointments
- Systematically qualify leads and prioritize opportunities
- Provide housing and real estate product consulting and presentations to inspire customers about ecoworks solutions
- Create initial standardized property analyses and project calculations for technical feasibility using specialized software
- Provide detailed profiles of project inquiries and key insights to the Pre-Construction team for smooth handovers
- Use and maintain existing CRM tools (HubSpot) to identify and document prospects
- Develop multipliers and influencers within organizations to accelerate decision-making
- Participate in industry-relevant trade shows and events
- Build knowledge about market trends, competitive strategies, and innovations while exchanging experiences with team members
What you'll need
- Education or degree with real estate or construction industry focus, or several years of professional experience in housing, real estate, or construction industry
- Ideally previous experience in sales environment or direct customer communication
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of networking, and solution-oriented mindset
- Structured, independent work style with strong analytical abilities
- Willingness to travel nationwide and ideally based in Western Germany region (NRW, Hesse, or Rhineland-Palatinate)
- Native-level German language skills
