About the role
Join GetYourGuide's Performance Marketing team as a Paid Search Marketing Manager in Berlin. You'll work with large-scale marketing automation, analyzing data to optimize content and coverage structures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve paid search performance.
What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and formulate hypotheses for content and coverage improvements
- Create optimal ads, keywords, and landing page combinations for millions of users worldwide
- Improve content and coverage LLM-based models with data scientists and engineers
- Design and execute experiments to measure impact of model fine-tunings and business tactics
- Manage complex projects orchestrating millions of multimedia assets for targeted user combinations
- Create sophisticated analysis and reports for senior leadership with compelling storytelling
- Generate performance dashboards using Databricks or Looker for data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and explore new opportunities
What you'll need
- 3-5 years experience in performance marketing in analytical role, preferably Paid Search
- Degree in economics, marketing, statistics, or similar quantitative discipline
- Working knowledge of SQL required, Python is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into actionable business insights
- Fluent in marketing KPIs (CPA/CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV) and ML model evaluation
- Ability to develop new KPIs and interpret data effectively
- Thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and self-initiative
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
