Growth & Expansion Associate

About the role

As an Associate in the Growth Team at Enpal, you will take responsibility for developing and implementing new business areas, identifying and validating market opportunities, designing business models, and driving the scaling of Enpal's core business, new business units, and spin-offs.

What you'll do

• Take responsibility for developing and implementing new business areas
• Identify and validate market opportunities, design business models and drive scaling of Enpal core business, new Enpal Business Units and spin-offs
• Take on a broad range of tasks to drive growth, including market analysis, business planning, process development and optimization, partnership management, strategy development and their end-to-end implementation - as well as the underlying operations tasks
• Contribute significantly to the successful development of the company as a member of the Growth Team
