About the role
In the "Global Growth" project, we integrate electricians from South America who install photovoltaic systems and heat pumps throughout Germany. Colombian and Brazilian skilled workers receive 6-week technical and language training at our Enpal Academy in Blankenfelde-Mahlow, and this is exactly where we need your help!
What you'll do
- Conduct German language training (DaF) at A2/B1 levels
- Develop didactic teaching materials, especially in the area of electrical technical language
- Select and implement suitable learning methods and tools
- Support South American skilled workers on-site at the Enpal Academy
- Participate in building and coordinating additional online language courses
- Conduct qualitative evaluation processes to assess training effectiveness
- Support administrative processes
