About the role
You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for voize customers, managing their complete technical journey from pre-sales infrastructure assessment to ongoing operational support. This role bridges the gap between voize and customer IT teams, ensuring smooth deployments and long-term success of the AI companion platform used by over 100,000 nurses.
What you'll do
- Support pre-sales calls to assess infrastructure, identify potential blockers, and guide technical evaluations
- Configure secure customer setups and validate infrastructure requirements
- Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces with clarity and empathy
- Support technical scaling initiatives including growing user bases and infrastructure changes
- Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth internal collaboration
- Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal tools, documentation, and processes
What you'll need
- Several years of experience as a Linux or Windows Administrator
- Expert Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration skills (firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, APIs)
- Solid experience with virtualisation, Docker, web servers (Nginx, IIS), and load balancing
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices
- Clear communication skills with empathy for both technical and non-technical users
- Proactive, self-directed approach with strong documentation and technical handoff skills
- Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) proficiency
