About the role

As a Lead Product Manager for GetYourGuide's Discovery team, you'll own the exploration experience helping travelers discover the right activities through browsing, landing pages, and inspiration-led entry points. You'll work with cross-functional teams to set product strategy, translate it into measurable outcomes, and continuously iterate based on customer insights and data.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategy for your product area with clear, measurable goals and 12+ month roadmap
  • Drive coherence across multiple discovery entry points, balancing short-term wins with scalable content strategy
  • Synthesize customer feedback, research insights, and business metrics to identify and prioritize traveler problems
  • Build and execute experimentation strategy with robust hypothesis pipeline and learning agenda
  • Drive end-to-end delivery ensuring high-quality execution from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Build alignment across partner teams including Search, Recommendations, Brand/Content, and Commercial
  • Represent traveler perspective at all levels and coach PMs and cross-functional partners

What you'll need

  • 6+ years of professional experience in product management
  • 2+ years as a Lead Product Manager
  • Demonstrated ownership of significant product area including strategy, KPI definition, and roadmap execution
  • Ability to lead with customer problems and value creation, using data to validate impact
  • Strong ability to lead in ambiguity and influence without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong data analytics skills with ability to derive insights from large data sets

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace or travel industry
  • Experience owning consumer discovery/browse/search product areas at scale
  • Experience with SEO and landing-page ecosystems
