About the role
Join the People Technology Team at N26 to continuously improve and maintain applications within the People function, including Workday HCM modules and Greenhouse. You'll provide support for Workday maintenance, design and implement improvements, and become the go-to person for recruitment tools while positively impacting the entire N26 workforce.
What you'll do
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of HR and Financial information systems, including database management, installation, customization, and upgrades
- Install, implement, modify and upgrade software applications to meet changing business and technology needs
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR and Finance employees
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to identify improvements and enhancements to existing services and databases
- Ensure permissions, access, and system operations meet internal policies and legislative requirements
- Program custom functions including automated queries, filters, macros and reports
- Compile complex data reports, summaries and logs for senior executives and staff
- Serve as liaison between HR/Finance, IT, external vendors and stakeholders for system projects
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Oversee procurement of appropriate hardware and software for high quality efficient systems
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years experience in Workday
- 8+ years business experience working within Workday teams, finance or people departments
- Understanding of Workday system administration for configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with people and finance modules in Workday
- Experience with integrations and Workday studio
- Experience in process design and improvement
- Experience in data management, administration and system configuration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
- Experience with operational best practices and compliance technology solutions
