About the role

A People Operations Specialist role at Raisin, supporting employees across the entire employee lifecycle while handling HR administrative tasks and operational improvements. You'll work in a collaborative matrix structure across multiple countries, focusing on delivering seamless employee experience and maintaining compliant HR processes.

What you'll do

  • Act as point of contact for employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle
  • Handle HR administrative tasks including employment contracts, parental leave requests, reference letters, and HRIS data maintenance
  • Support daily People Operations service delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Address employee inquiries and escalate complex matters to senior team members
  • Independently manage projects on benefits, onboarding/offboarding, process optimization, and knowledge base expansion
  • Deliver high employee and manager satisfaction with People Operations services
  • Contribute to consistent People Operations processes across global locations
  • Improve operational efficiency through documentation and smooth process execution

What you'll need

  • University degree or vocational training in HR, business administration, organizational psychology, or related field
  • At least 4 years of People Operations experience, preferably in fast-paced international environment
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law
  • Confident in decision-making, stakeholder management, and navigating ambiguity
  • Proven track record in leading digitalization, automation, or process optimization projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in German with very good English skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR practices in the UK, US, Spain, or Italy
  • Familiarity with Personio, Jira, and Google Workspace
