About the role
We're seeking a Studio Manager to lead operations at our Ride Studio in Berlin, Mitte. This is a hands-on, studio-based role focused on delivering exceptional hospitality, building a high-performing front-of-house team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in our fitness-tech environment.
What you'll do
- Build and lead a high-performing front-of-house team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support
- Maintain a strong, visible presence in the studio (75% of time), leading by example and fostering team culture
- Foster a welcoming customer experience by empowering staff to create personalized engagement and anticipate customer needs
- Ensure a positive studio environment by maintaining cleanliness, energy, and attention to detail
- Uphold company standards for equipment upkeep, inventory, orders, and hygiene protocols
- Manage front-of-house scheduling effectively to meet demand while providing team stability
What you'll need
- Over 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Highly organized and adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse personalities
- Fluent in English and ideally B2-level German proficiency
- Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to handle hands-on tasks
- Comfortable working non-traditional schedule including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings
