About the role

As an Inside Sales Manager, you'll drive digital transformation in the automotive trade by managing the complete B2B sales process from lead generation to customer development. You'll work with dealers across 18+ European markets on CarOnSale's platform, building partnerships and driving sustainable growth through data-driven sales strategies.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end customer journey from cold outreach and pitching to onboarding and long-term relationship development
  • Conduct confident sales conversations both inbound and outbound, convincing prospects and decision-makers
  • Deliver product demos and provide expert consultation on platform benefits and practical value
  • Work independently to build sustainable customer portfolio through strategic follow-ups
  • Track weekly KPIs and maintain structured sales processes following operating model
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM with clean, traceable customer data documentation

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in B2B or inside sales, business development or comparable field
  • Generalist approach covering full sales cycle from acquisition to existing customer management
  • Strong communication skills handling objections confidently via phone and video calls
  • German at C2 level and English at C1 level
  • Ability to explain complex products clearly and find tailored solutions for each customer
  • KPI and results-oriented mindset with data-driven success management
  • Technology affinity with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Slack and Aircall
  • Initiative, resilience and team collaboration skills
