About the role

Own the Talon.One website as a discovery-to-conversion engine. You are responsible for why each page exists, who it serves, and how it performs, ensuring the Talon.One is discoverable by AI engines, compelling to human visitors, and measurable against pipeline outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Define why each page exists: audience intent, page purpose, and success criteria across priority user journeys
  • Translate product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation into structured web experiences that drive clarity, discovery, and conversion
  • Own CRO across the core site – homepage, product pages, solution pages – analysing user behaviour, click paths, and conversion points to continuously improve how visitors move from discovery to action
  • Own organic search strategy end-to-end together with the content team: keyword and entity strategy, technical SEO health, and search console performance
  • Lead Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) efforts – ensure the Talon.One website is structured for AI engines through schema markup, entity-based content, and citation-optimised architecture
  • Own website performance analytics: set up and maintain goals in Google Analytics, monitor organic path analysis, and report on discovery impact and assisted pipeline contribution
  • Build, ship, and iterate pages directly using design systems and AI-assisted tools to reduce time from idea to live
  • Write and refine first-pass copy to get pages live quickly, then partner with the Web Product Manager, Content and Design for scale and consistency

What you'll need

  • A strong point of view on why a page should exist, what experience it should deliver, and how to make it work for both AI engines and human visitors
  • Ability to connect positioning, user intent, and conversion into coherent web journeys – not just drive traffic, but shape the experience that converts it
  • Web experience design & CRO – structuring pages that serve a clear purpose, analysing user behaviour, and optimising conversion for organic and direct traffic
  • SEO & technical SEO – schema markup, structured data, core web vitals, crawlability, site audits
  • Fluency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush (or equivalent SEO tooling)
  • Proven ability to build and publish pages directly in a headless CMS environment
  • 8+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, Content Strategy, or Web-focused roles within B2B SaaS or tech environments
  • Demonstrated ownership of website initiatives that influenced pipeline, engagement, or organic discovery
