Working Student Data Analysis & Delivery Management

About the role

This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position for a university student to support project management and data analysis for Heartbeat AI hardware integrations. You'll work on delivering new hardware integrations, analyzing data from existing ones, and supporting cross-functional teams in the renewable energy domain.

What you'll do

• Support software delivery process and requirements gathering for hardware integrations
• Perform data analysis on existing integrations and create visual status updates
• Track key KPIs and prepare presentations for C-level management
• Act as point of contact for partner networks and OEM partners
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and process improvements
• Coordinate with local and international teams to address market needs

What you'll need

• Currently enrolled university student with 20 hours/week availability
• Studying relevant degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with large datasets and data visualization
• Experience with Google Office Suite
• Agile, result-oriented mindset and team player attitude
• Very good English and German skills (C1/C2 level)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of energy markets, products or ecosystem
• Experience with BigQuery, Looker, Grafana and Notion
• Interest in climate tech industry
• Experience working with business/technical stakeholders in product development
