About the role
This is a B2B Inside Sales position focused on managing and growing a portfolio of building finance clients. You'll be responsible for revenue generation through solution selling, cross-selling, and upselling Scout24's property finance products over the phone.
What you'll do
- Take revenue responsibility for your own B2B client portfolio
- Develop deep understanding of building finance client needs and sell appropriate solutions from the product portfolio
- Drive cross-selling and upselling through outbound activities and online workshops
- Support client portfolios with individual campaigns and performance management
- Focus on achieving relevant revenue targets and KPIs
- Conduct proactive new client acquisition through targeted cold calling
What you'll need
- Completed professional training or comparable relevant experience in B2B Inside Sales
- Strong affinity for effective customer relationship management and solution selling
- Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- High degree of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and reliability
- Secure handling of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience using AI tools effectively to increase productivity and problem-solving
- Team player with passion for the job
