About the role

You'll be a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner at Scout24, developing and executing end-to-end recruiting strategies for challenging positions. You'll work closely with hiring managers as a business partner, building talent pools and ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll do

  • Develop and manage targeted recruiting strategies from requirement to final offer
  • Proactively source and engage suitable candidates, building sustainable talent pools across multiple channels
  • Conduct high-level interviews, make informed selection decisions, and advise hiring managers as a strategic partner
  • Represent Scout24 professionally at events, networks, and digital platforms
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and position recruiting as a business enabler
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through clear communication and reliability throughout the process
  • Use ATS efficiently and data-driven approaches to track progress and achieve targets

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with proven track record in filling challenging roles
  • Completed business degree or comparable qualification with understanding of business contexts
  • Strong strategic understanding of recruiting as a business development lever, focusing on quality, speed, and sustainable fit
  • Strong analytical thinking and confident handling of data for decision-making based on insights, KPIs, and market analyses
  • Excellent judgment skills to quickly recognize potential, ask the right questions, and make accurate decisions
  • Clear communication skills, confident presence, and empathy
  • Self-organized, solution-oriented working style with ability to maintain overview in dynamic phases
  • Fluent German and English (C1/C2 level)
  • Experience using AI tools effectively to increase productivity and problem-solving
